We used High Tide to get our pool drained and cleaned as well as having our pool light repaired after buying a new house and they provided excellent service in a timely manner. They were professional, friendly, communicated well about what the pool needed, and they explained what had caused our pool to fall into such poor shape before we moved in. They charge a fair price for their service and offer just about any service you could need for your pool. They even let us introduce our dog to them so that he would be friendly when they come to service our pool! We will continue to use their service and highly recommend them to those who need repairs/servicing.

I was having problems with my pool and pump. The pump was cavitating and my pool was cloudy with a persistent algae that I could not get rid of. Dimitri came out to take a look. He immediately identified several problems with my system and the issues I was having with the water. He thoroughly inspected my system, was able to determine the reasons for my pump issues and able to fix all of them. It has been 5 days since he came out and my pool is stunningly clear and I no longer have any issues with my pump. To say I am impressed with all that Dimitri did is an understatement, he is extremely professional in both his knowledge of pools and how he conducts himself. I will never use a different pool company for any needs in the future!

I can’t believe it! I am ready for the summer! Hightide Pools treated me like family. Always attentive and patient. They walked me through every step and kept me informed. When it was time to select the tile and pebble, not only did Rick bring a box with actual tile and pebble samples, he showed me pictures of their previous work with the color scheme I liked. That extra mile goes a long way when making such a big decision! Dmitriy and Rick were both involved throughout the process. They did the start-up and explained how to use everything and when to start recommended routine maintenance. I honestly cannot say enough great things about this team and their exceptional work. The final product speaks for itself.

Dmitriy was very conscientious and fair priced. Martin showed up every week including during a monsoon. They are both very friendly and we’ve had a very clean pool and never had chemical issues in the year that they serviced our pool. I highly recommend the company.

Words can’t describe how happy we are with the job that Dimitriy and Hightide Pools did refinishing my pool with mini pebbles, refinishing my pool deck and replacing my old pool filter. Everything was done in a timely manner with no hiccups. Dimitriy even lined me up with a landscaper who completely re-landscaped my backyard. Everything looks fantastic. High tide pool came recommended from a coworker. They guided me through a backyard remodel and were excellent consults. The process was easy and painless. Everything was done faster than I expected and with excellent quality. I’d highly recommend hightide pool to anyone for any type of work.

I had a big project, replacing front and back drip systems with PVC, replacing fake grass area, travertine the entire back porch and sidewalk and grass border and adding a few tons of new rock. And they did a Fantastic Job. The owner and his assistant are great guys and kept me informed all through the project. Their workmanship and work ethic is beyond great. I would hire them in a minute if I needed more work like this done. My backyard looks Fantastic!

Initially just wanted to get my pool drained and acid washed, Dmitriy responses right away gave me an honest and straight up answer so I decided to go with hightide. once they got there they did such an awesome job I had him change my pool light as well seal my cool decking, he was fast and prices himself on making sure he does a great job. Hightide pool care is the best in the business! I’ve gone through 4-5 different pool companies in the 9 years that I have lived here, and this one is by far the best. They are honest and they have taken meticulous care of my pool. I am looking forward to the next swim season.
